macarons started bila a friend beli untuk anaknya... to buy, quite mahal. kebetulan my housemate ada books about macaroons. serve d Youtube & try buat. x chantek. & seorang kenalan kebetulan belajar & dia jual. hers tersangatlah cantek! i've tried... sedap kowt! bila et bake sedap la rasanya tp xcantik naik & bentuknya... setelah puluhan kali buat & xjd, et decide to take d class. kebetulan ke Wah Seng & saw this iklan.... mak aiii! pe lagi trus register & paid deposit.
sampai hari et xcited giler p class. d class chef yg ajar is a guy. ciss! no coming infront! no pictures! no answer yg memuaskan hati! kedekut puloks tu.... xpe arr... dpt resepi, balik try. pengsan! satu pun xjd.... malah lg teruk dr yg et ikut d uTube... ceiiii! jenuh memujuk my cupcake teacher utk ajar & akhirnya dia setuju nak buat class.. yang best kebetulan dia buat 2 class iaitu cookie & mac... so, both et join.... tersangat happy & teruja.

 untuk d bawa balik...

after class around 6pm infront of my teachers house @ seri botani...

after mac class et trus take bus to KL.... going to my lil sista house coz et continue off pai thursday. pai KL paling laku is the choc mac... actually xsabar nak balik Ipoh coz nak try buat mac...

friday nite start try buat... 1st try

 xmenjadi.... benggang jew!

 next day... 2nd try.... naik & cute tp xsmooth texture...

ini 3 day & 3 try....

 a friend kata dia pun kali seksi...

let it cool & trus simpan... xcream pun ia...

glad that after 3rd try ada nmpak improvement... BANGGA GILER!...kikiki! betui kata pepatah... practice makes perfect... yuhooo!
